Fusion of Shamanism and Kundalini Yoga

Thursday, March 12, 5:30pm

This class blends the grounding wisdom of Shamanism—connection with spirit guides, animals, and the elements—with the energizing flow of Kundalini practice, which awakens flexibility in the spine and moves energy through the seven chakras.

Together, these traditions create a respectful, loving, and humble practice that honors nature, spirit, and the union of body and energy. Sometimes this rising energy is symbolized by a serpent, reminding us of transformation and renewal.
This is a unique fusion that brings together two powerful paths into one uplifting experience.

Weekly on Thursdays at 5:30pm
Machias Arts Center
Suggested energy exchange: $25 per session
All are welcome—no prior experience needed
