Celebrate the Christmas season in the heart of downtown Machias!
Christmas in Machias brings the community together for a festive day of shopping, creativity, music and holiday fun. From 10 AM–5 PM, the Pellon Center will be transformed into the Machias Holiday Marketplace, filled with local artisans, makers and small businesses offering original artwork, handcrafted gifts, baked goods, jewelry, fiber arts, woodworking, natural body care and more.
Spend the day finishing your holiday shopping, meet the makers behind the work, enjoy food and drink, live music and demonstrations, visit Santa, and bring the kids for holiday crafts and family-friendly activities.

Admission is free.
Keep the celebration going at 7 PM with Rings & Strings: A Christmas Concert, featuring Gordon Thomas Ward and Veronica Ward and their distinctive blend of vocals, guitar and handbells at 9 Centre Street Church.
