Share Your Time. Support the Arts.

Help bring the Machias Arts Center to life by becoming a Gallery Sitting volunteer! Gallery sitters play an important role in welcoming visitors, sharing the work of local artists, and helping our community experience the creativity happening at MAC.

No special experience is needed—just a willingness to greet guests, enjoy the artwork, and be part of a welcoming space for artists and visitors.

Check out our volunteer calendar to see where help is needed. Simply choose a date that works for you and provide your name and contact information. We’d love to have you join our team!

Thank you for helping us celebrate and support the arts in Downeast Maine.
